4.2 Division of Construction Quality Inspection Scope and General Tables
4.2.1 The project quality acceptance shall be carried out in sequences of inspection lots，subentry projects，subsection projects and unit projects.There are two kinds of acceptance scope tables in this Part，which are Table 4.2.1-1（Division of Erection Construction Quality Acceptance Scope of Conventional Boiler）and Table 4.2.1-2（Division of Erection Construction Quality Acceptance Scope of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler），respectively.One table shall be used according to the specific type of boiler.The acceptance scope shall conform to the requirements of the table.

4.2.2 During the construction and acceptance process of a unit project，the inspection shall be carried out on the construction management of unit project，and the inspection results shall be filled in Table 4.2.2.

4.2.3 The inspection shall be carried out on the acceptance of each unit project according to those items listed in Table 4.2.3；and the inspection results shall be complete and meet the file management requirements.

4.2.4 The project design change sheets，material replacement sheets and the design change notification sheets shall be numbered and recorded，which shall be attached to the corresponding tables，respectively.The registration of unit project design changes and material replacement notification sheets shall conform to the requirements of Table 4.2.4.

4.2.5 The equipment and material delivery testing reports as well as quality certification documents shall be numbered and recorded，which shall be attached to the corresponding registration forms，respectively.The equipment and material delivery testing reports as well as quality certification documents for each unit project shall conform to the requirements of Table 4.2.5.

4.2.6 After an equipment defect has been found，it shall be inspected and confirmed jointly by the construction company，the supervision company，the manufacturer and the owner，and the equipment defect notification sheet shall be filled.The filling of equipment defect notification sheets shall conform to the requirements of Table 4.2.6.

4.2.7 The responsible organization shall notify the related parties to carry out the inspection and acceptance and sign the acceptance suggestion in the equipment defect treatment report sheet after an equipment defect has been treated.The filling of equipment defect treatment report sheets shall conform to the requirements of Table 4.2.7.

4.2.8 All measuring instruments to be used in the construction detection process shall be calibrated within the corresponding calibration effective periods.Registration shall be carried out according to provisions in Table 4.2.8.In addition，the supervision engineer（s）shall check the measuring instruments recorded in the table.

4.2.9 As for any inspection lot construction quality，the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out according to inspection project quality criteria and the inspection lot construction quality acceptance table shall be filled.The signing shall be carried out according to provisions in Table 4.2.1-1（Construction quality acceptance scope division table）；and the acceptance organizations shall fill a sprit（“/”）in the signing column as for any item outside the acceptance scope.The construction quality acceptance of inspection lots shall conform to the requirements of Table 4.2.9.

4.2.10 As for any subentry project construction quality，the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out and the subentry project construction quality acceptance table shall be filled.The signing shall be carried out according to requirements of Table 4.2.1-1（Construction quality acceptance scope division table）；and the acceptance organizations shall fill a sprit（“/”）in the signing column as for any item outside the acceptance scope.

4.2.11 As for any subsection project construction quality，the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out and the subsection project construction quality acceptance table shall be filled.The signing shall be carried out according to requirements of Table 4.2.11（Construction Quality acceptance scope division table）；and the acceptance organizations shall fill a sprit（“/”）in the signing column as for any item outside the acceptance scope.

4.2.12 As for any unit project construction quality，the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out according to the requirements of Table 4.2.12 and the unit project construction quality acceptance table shall be filled.The signing shall be carried out according to requirements of Table 4.2.1（Construction quality acceptance scope division table）；and the acceptance organizations shall fill a sprit（“/”）in the signing column as for any item outside the acceptance scope.
