4.3 General Standards
4.3.1 Column inspection.
1 Scope:steel structure column inspection.
2 The equipment inspection shall be carried out by sampling some certain quantity devices in every steel structure layer to inspect columns,cross beams or supports.The inspection may not be carried out one by one.However,main girders and main columns shall be completely inspected.The specific sampling ratio can be determined jointly by the supervision company and the construction company.The sampling quantity shall represent the whole batch equipment quality distribution characteristics.The inspection shall be carried out as for columns,cross beams and supports with obvious deviations.

4.3.15 Inspection of refractory and insulation material.
1 Scope:inspection of refractory and insulation material.
2 The inspection of insulation materials,refractory insulation pouring materials,wear-resistance refractory pouring materials,insulation bricks,wear-resistance refractory insulation bricks and test blocks shall be carried out by sampling some certain quantity of materials.Sampling materials shall be delivered to certified inspectors with the corresponding qualifications.The specific sampling ratio(s)shall be determined according to technical requirements and test methods of wear-resistance refractory material(DL/T 902-2004)or jointly determined by the supervision company and the construction company.and the random inspection quantity shall represent quality distribution characteristics of entire batch of materials.The inspection shall be carried out as for any material with any obvious deviation.
