Robert Ljunggren is a system/network administrator, who is in charge of keeping the systems functional and running smoothly. He has over 10 years of experience in the technology field. He brings his knowledge of virtualization and customer support to the table. He was a lead data center technician and technical assistance call center manager. He is certified in Microsoft MCTS, MCITP, and Citrix^® CNA. He has produced training materials and instructed end users in a formal setting. He has an extensive background in network performance assessment and strong end user support skills. He also has a wide knowledge of Cisco and SonicWall switches and router configurations.
