4.15 Erection of circulating fluidized bed boiler
4.15.1 As for a power plant circulating fluidized bed boiler except those special components,the provisions in this section shall be obeyed.Other components shall meet provisions in the conventional boiler acceptance rules.
4.15.2 Erection of boiler decoration casing.
1 Scope:erection of the low temperature zone profiling outer casing in insulation layer in the boiler heating surfaces and other zones.The acceptance of the high temperature zone casing shall be carried out according to erection of a conventional boiler casing.

4.15.3 Acceptance shall be carried out according to the conventional boiler corresponding acceptance standard and inspection methods as for erection of furnace top seals,boiler sporadic seals and slag outlet sealing devices.

4.15.20 The inspection and acceptance of slag tube shall be carried out for external bed,loop seal,slage cooler according to requirements of Table 4.7.3 of DL/T 5210.5-2009.
4.15.21 As for the whole boiler hydrostatic test,the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out according to primary steam-water system and the secondary steam-water system,respectively.Quality criterias and inspection methodss are the same as those for conventional boilers.
4.15.22 As for the whole boiler decay pressure,the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out according to two systems,namely,the boiler smoke,the pressure decay test of wind system and the pressure decay test of fluidizing air system.Test pressure is the design operation pressure.The quality criteria and inspection methods are the same as those for a conventional boiler.
4.15.23 As for the limestone transportation pipe erection,the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out according to erection requirements of low pressure pipes of DL/T 5210.5-2009.The inspection and acceptance of the silo-pump erection shall be carried out as the following requirements.
