Lesson 22 The……，the……越……越……
本句型中“the”不是冠词，前一个“the”是关系副词，连接从句，后一个是指示副词，连接主句，两者前后呼应主句。如为将来时，位于主句前的从句可以用现在进行时代替将来时。后面的成分与前句有相同的部分时可省略。翻译为“越……越……”或“愈……愈……”。
